September 25 -- The Anza Site Building Project is moving forward. The first modular home has arrived. Water, electricity, and septic tank are in the process of being installed. When the project is complete we will have over 1500 square feet of living space providing warming rooms, showers, kitchen, sleeping areas, and storage.

	The truck delivering the unit arrived at sunset during the August star party.

	"OCA House" on the newly graded pad between the "Football Field" and the RV Area. The view is to the east. There are plans to place a second modular home on the west end of the current house (i.e. between the house and the camera position).
