OCA Site Improvements

by Russell Sipe

September 25 -- The Anza Site Building Project is moving forward. The first modular home has arrived. Water, electricity, and septic tank are in the process of being installed. When the project is complete we will have over 1500 square feet of living space providing warming rooms, showers, kitchen, sleeping areas, and storage.

Delivery of the Modular Home The truck delivering the unit arrived at sunset during the August star party.
