The Orange County Astronomers are pleased
to present AstroImage 2004, the premier imaging conference
designed to bring AstroImagers together to network and
hear about the latest techniques, software, cameras,
and scope systems:
NOTE: We have received notification from NASA that due
to astronaut training scheduling, Dr. Don Pettit
will not be available to speak at AstroImage
2004. This is a disappointment to all of us
who had been hoping to hear from him directly,
but Robert Reeves will be enthusiastically
filling in for him. Besides being the author
of "Wide Field Astrophotography,"
Robert was Dr. Pettit's earth-based
collaborator for his amateur astrophoto
experiments during his stay in the
International Space Station and will be
presenting the images that Dr. Pettit was able
to take.
